Mô tả công việc
- Receive information for in and out shipments by email.
- Check information: where shipment is from or ship to. Identify receiver information (address, person in contact), delivery term; Define the shipping mode for PS shipments.
- Contact FW to check and get import shipment information; get booking and customs document preparation.
- Ask FW for documents: bill of lading/ air way bill; arrival notice, booking
- Contact related departments to provide documents: packing list, invoice, P.O…
- Contact local supplier for information of local shipments.
- Contact express service for in/out shipment information.
- Check and confirm about tax payment: HS code, amount, tax rate, payment to express service.
- Make sure all information of shipment correct and matched before submitting to customs.
- Get approval from Mr. Chong for each shipment
- Contact FW to get information of trucking and customs declaration
- Contact customs office to explain, provide information and solve problem.
- Contact customs software supplier for mistake in software.
- Contact FW for delivery process
- Contact FW, express service for customs documents after shipment
- Do PR for logistics cost
- Get approval from Mr. Chong for all PR
- Key information of local shipment into software.
- Do payment claim.
- Hand over original customs documents to FI.
- Follow up in/out shipment daily and solve problem.
- Update the status of in/out shipment and inform to related departments (WH, PU, ME..)
- Deliver and Receive shipments to/from express service.
- Do monthly report to Administration and Personnel Manager.
- Update customs law.

- At lest 5 years in Logistics
- Fresh graduated is acceptable
- Communication English
- Living in Binh Duong is a plus
- Work time: Monday to Saturday
- Work location: My Phuoc 3 IP, Ben Cat District, Binh Duong Province.
- Car pick up from HCM City
