Logistic Staff

Job description
Import:
-Follow up all coming shipment / tracking timely the status of coming shipment from India, Taiwan, China, …
-Prepare necesary documents for custom clearance for all import shipment
-Manage shipment from Ho Chi Minh => Hai Phong by sea
-Deal with custom department for all issues related to importation procedure.
-Cooperate with forwarder to manage the shipment to ensure on-time schedule.
-Follow up shipment and update to related department for shipment actual schudule
-Check price and select suitable forwarder/ shipping line for each shipment.
Export:
-Receive shipping plan from Sales.
-Select forwarder and arrange the shipment per schedule of sales.
-Arrange document for custom clearance if needed/ Check custom clearance sheet to ensure there is no mistake.
-Arrange SI/ VGM for oversea shipment.
-Follow up the shipment.
-Arrange to get C/O for shipment if required by customers.
-Other task request from upper side.

Job requirement
-Have experiences in Logistics field.
-Proactive & good interpersonal skill
-Good negotiation & communication skill, hard-working, honest & careful
-Have good understanding of Incoterms & general Customs regulation/requirement of a processing / manufacturing company.
-Have experiences in logistics field at least 3 years.
