Logistic Staff

- Contact and work with forwarder to book shipment, check vessel, flight schedule.
- Make sure all the procedure of import and export run smoothly.
- Check to assure that all activities, documents will go through under Vietnamese law and any other regulation involved.
- Able to build relationship with customs and forwarders.
- Update all shipment status to other relative teams.
- Sourcing and negotiating to receive the most competitive transportation cost.
- Register and provide all custom documents required by buyers.
- Support other dept. to book courier pick up samples onsite.

- College graduated with major in Foreign Trade, Logistics, and Economics.
- Newly graduated or 1 year of experience in logistic.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Having knowledge of Import and Export Law, custom procedure and custom declaration.
- Good knowledge of international and Vietnamese transportation.
- Fluent in English and proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Teamwork and able to work under pressure.
- Honest, enthusiastic and responsible.
