Mô tả công việc
- Handle the inbound & local purchase order
- Checking and issuing all related documents for inbound & local purchase order
- Tracing/Updating and Cooperate with overseas colleague to handle imported shipment smoothly
- Coordinate with forwarder agent for custom clearance smoothly
- Follow up Purchase Order of Customers from Sales Team and delivered goods to customers on time and exactly as requirements
- Coordinate with transporter partner, warehouse partner to handle delivered goods to customers smoothly
- Follow up stock of regular order such as stock quantities, expire date, slow moving stock then making notice for manager promptly
- Support Sales Team such as sending goods information, COA, MSDS, and other works related to selling goods
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure work is performed in accordance with requirements
