Mô tả công việc
1. Daily operation of Import and Export
2. Manage customs declaration activities
3. Control the forwarders
4. Make the balance report, production norm
5. Contact with freight forwarder and carrier to arrange booking shipment or delivery of shipment
6. Ensure the delivery time of import and export shipment
7. Create the Import and export report
8. Coordinate with related department for document/ procedure relating to import, custom clearance, forwarder and duty tax exemption.
9. Other jobs upon request from Manager

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Graduate from University
- At least 1 year experience in purchasing job or import-export field
- Knowledge about Viet Nam Customs law, Incoterms
- Fluent English and good computer skills (MS. Words, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Enthusiastic and communicative with co-workers and supervisors
- High interpersonal skills and willing to take challenges
- Age: 24-30
- At least 1 year experience in purchasing job or import-export field
- Knowledge about Viet Nam Customs law, Incoterms
