RESPONSIBILITIES
• Secure efficient on time delivery of non-commercial goods (NCG) materials & equipment based on the final layout and set deliverables in the right quantity.
• Handle stock management and information flow connected to Materials & Equipment.
• Goal: No extra orders, No left overs.
• Handle communication with suppliers and other departments involved and secures detailed follow up on invoices per supplier and account.
• Super User & train and educate team members in NCG
• By setting clear communication channels, routines and responsibilities for delivering, handling, installation and cost control.
