Logistic Officer

*OVERVIEW OF JOB/TỔNG QUAN CÔNG VIỆC
Develop and implement production plans to maximize the use of the organization’s resources and meet established production specifications and schedules; volume, cost, and wastage targets; and quality standards.
Xây dựng và thực hiện kế hoạch sản xuất để tối đa hóa việc sử dụng các nguồn lực của tổ chức và đáp ứng các chi tiết kỹ thuật sản xuất được thành lập và tiến độ, khối lượng, chi phí, và các mục tiêu lãng phí và tiêu chuẩn chất lượng.

*PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO/MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC CỤ THỂ

a) Co-ordinate with Sale team and operation for onsite logistics activities
Phối hợp với đội ngũ bán hàng và hoạt động cho các hoạt động hậu cần tại chỗ

b) Follow TBC-BALL’s procedures and control systems to ensure the smooth flow of logistics processes.
Thực hiện theo thủ tục của TBC-BALL và hệ thống kiểm soát để đảm bảo lưu thông thông suốt của các quá trình hậu cần.

c) Work with logistic service provider in order to plan and optimize the company’s logistic service and costs, also satisfy customers requirement
Làm việc với nhà cung cấp dịch vụ hậu cần để lập kế hoạch và tối ưu hóa dịch vụ hậu cần và chi phí của công ty, cũng đáp ứng yêu cầu khách hàng

d) Make all logistic document and report
Thực hiện tất cả các tài liệu hậu cần và báo cáo

e) Follow up and manage import/export shipment schedule in order to prepare shipping document for customs clearance in time. (if any)
Theo dõi và quản lý nhập khẩu/xuất khẩu lô hàng lịch trình để chuẩn bị tài liệu vận chuyển cho hải quan giải phóng mặt bằng trong thời gian. (nếu có)

f) Prepare import/export shipment details for customs brokerage to issue import entry/declaration form.
Chuẩn bị nhập khẩu/xuất khẩu chi tiết lô hàng cho môi giới hải quan phát hành mẫu tờ khai nhập cảnh/ nhập khẩu.

g) Handle all the daily invoice, credit notes from third party into the system.
Xử lý tất cả các hóa đơn hàng ngày, ghi chú tín dụng từ bên thứ ba vào hệ thống.

- College or University.
Tốt nghiệp cao đẳng hoặc đại học.

- At least 1 years’ experience in Logistic management, Supply chain/production planning.
Ít nhất 1 năm kinh nghiệm trong quản lý XNK, cung ứng và/ hoặc kế hoạch sản xuất

- Good problem solving skill.
Kỹ năng giải quyết vấn đề tốt.

- Computer skill in MS Office, E-mail, internet and software package.
Kỹ năng máy tính trong MS Office, E-mail, internet và gói phần mềm.

- Good command of English.
Thành thạo tiếng Anh.
