Mô tả công việc
1. Manage all duties related to logistics (both New Sales and Maintenance Sales).
2. Take responsibility for customs clearance via VNACCS software as well as all related jobs.
3. Be window person between overseas factories; shipping lines; transportation companies and internal departments to fulfill the duty of delivering cargos of equipment to.
4. Receive, check and process all inbound/outbound cargo documents (P/O, Invoice, Packing list, etc).
5. Advise to related departments about the customs regulation such as HS code, C/O, Customs Sheet mode, import/export customs policy, etc.
6. Update law and prescription regarding customs procedure.
7. Take responsibility to solve if there is any problem relating to delivery (from overseas to domestic jobsites).

Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. Female, above 28 years old;
2. Graduated from university (foreign trade field);
3. At least 3-year experience in logistics field;
4. Using VNACCS software fluently is must;
5. Well-understood about the customs regulation;
6. Good at 04 skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing) in English and skillful in using office software;
7. Have team work spirit and able to work independently as well;
8. Good communication, negotiation and problems solving skill.
