Mô tả công việc
- Set up and implement internal logistic system.
- Build and develop the relationship with related Custom Departments.
- Corporate with related partners for logistic activities.
- Update new regulations of port, airport, customs and other authorities on import-export field.
- Attend meetings and update others on issues or concerns, in particular when there is a risk which could prevent the organization meeting customer demands or where there are over capacity concerns.
- Build, maintain and manage supplier relationships and ensure good communications.
- Support CEO for management in logistic area of company.
2) Logistic Operations:
- Closely corporate with Mother company in Korea and Branch in China for automotive parts, materials, components or services in line with specified cost, quality and delivery targets.
- Prepare import and export documents such as Contract, Invoice, packing list/Shipping documents based on final quantity.
- Arrange and inform booking, trucking, loading plans to warehouse team.
- Research and evaluate areas of opportunity and reduce costs where possible.
- Deliver briefs, updates and reports as and when required.
- Ensure compliance to company guidelines, purchasing policies and procedures during supplier negotiations and contracts award process.
- Contact suppliers to resolve price, quality, delivery or invoice issues.
3) Others:
- Any others additional task and duties as required by the GM.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor degree, preferred in Logistic or related fields.
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in Logistic (preferred automobile or heavy equipment industry area).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
- Planning, reporting skills.
- Detailed, customer oriented and multitasking person.
- Must have a dynamic personality and strong interpersonal skills.
- Team working spirit.
- Proficiency in Microsoft.
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in Logistic (preferred automobile or heavy equipment industry area).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
- Planning, reporting skills.
- Detailed, customer oriented and multitasking person.
- Must have a dynamic personality and strong interpersonal skills.
- Team working spirit.
