Logistic Coordinator

Job Description:
- Receiving pre-alert, documents & creating job file on systems.
- Handling daily task related to import shipment
- Settling problems with sales / agent / other stake holders for documentation, billing, costing
- Fulfil systems data
- Issuing invoice to clients / agents, posting invoice for vendor's payment timely
- For DDU/DDP shipment:
* Quoting to client / network.
* Co-ordinate with vendor to perform customs clearance & following up until the shipment is delivered.
- Fulfilling docs with all requested papers (check list, calculation sheet, tracing report, etc.) before passing file to BU for file closing.
- Problem solving in order to improve service delivery standards and minimize cost impacts.
- Handling export shipment if required
- Completing other tasks provided by Manager.

- University degree in Sales, Business Administration, Foreign Trade or relevant field
- At least 5 years relevant working experience in Import Handling for International Forwarding
- Have knowledge / experience in export handling, customs clearance & trucking arrangement are advantages
- Focus on details
- Fluent in both spoken and written English
- Fluent in all commonly used office software
- Good in operation management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to negotiate well with customers and suppliers
- Ability to work independently, under pressure, and overtime to meet deadlines
- Good discipline, high sense of accountability, well-organized, collaborative and teamwork
