Mô tả công việc
Responsibilities
• Monthly check logistic volume (Maintenance and Repair, Cleaning, refund for LOLO) and confirm to vendor
• Periodically prepare logistic reports as requirement
• Follow invoice and posted to accounting system as well as prepare data bases for reference by other accounting team
• Submit logistics cost- related reports on time (monthly or quarterly) to team leader
• Provide competent data in assigned management report for High Management to make decision
• Being ready to check and response all inquiries of High Management in related to revenue vs cost reconciliation report in all function (Logistic, Import and Export Doc as well as unaccounted BLs report)
• Well coordinate with other accounting team member to build up accounting data base/reports
• Complete assigned task by team leader as well as higher levels.

Key Experience & Qualifications
• Degree in Finance and Accounting (essential)
• Fresh graduates are preferred.
Key Competencies & Skills
• Good at documentation, communication and IT skills (Excel)
• Analytical thinking as well as problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently and as a part of team
• Open mindset
