Logistic & Sales Admin Assistant

- Responsible for all related documents, procedures, process in receiving shipment of bike and spare part on time, efficiently
- Working with Ducati in oversea to ensure each shipment is delivered as order
- Working and negotiating with Agents to guarantee cost efficiency
- Working with truckers, forwarders and transportation services in vehicles delivery to dealers and customers
- Ensuring filing systems are maintained and up to date to ensure that the needed information can be picked up easily
- Working with Finance Dept. for tax and excise payment
- Coordinating with Finance Dept. to make sure needed documents in place
- Coordinating with Finance dept. and providing necessary document to the bank as requirement
- Coordinating with Service dept. in receiving and delivering bike and spare part to the stock at workshop
- Communicating and working with Custom dept for related legal document and procedure of each shipment
- Ensuring legal document of the bike is completed as required schedule
- Reporting to supervisor the status of each shipment
- Reporting to supervisor any problem and difficulty/ special case and follow the company’s instruction
- In charge of buying insurance as company’s instruction
- Implementing other tasks as the authority and assignment of supervisor and BOM.
- Update file Sale Data Base
- Sales report of stock weekly, monthly
- Support sales dept for contracts.
- Follow and update customer list.

- Bachelor degree
- Good in English (particular on report written skill) required;
- Good communication skills
- Proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft office, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Have good Customer Service and Communications skills.
- Knowledge and experience in logistics management, warehousing.
- Ability to organize work load and to work under pressure;
- Ability to gather data, compiles information, and prepares reports.
