Key Responsibility (Công việc)
• Liase with Sydney buying team & Merchandisers to ensure Ap21 system always up to date
• Liase with VN & Overseas Suppliers to ensure on time shipment and compliance with APG’s procedures
• Liase with Freight forwarder to ensure goods being shipped & arriving to destination on time
• Manage various reports for Logistics and planning
• Data entry orders changes in system.

• Proficient with MS Office ( Outlook , Word , Excel , PowerPoint ) particularly Medium to advance Excel Skill
• Computer literate i.e understanding and efficiently use of MS Outlook , Skype , System drives , folders
• Previous experience working in any ERP system is preferred.
• Can communicate in English
• Previous experience in Logistics is preferred but not essential
• A prepare to learn and work as a team attitude is a must.
