WE ARE LOOKING FOR 2 POSITIONS RELATED TO LOGISTIC OR SUPPLY CHAIN AREA
1. ORDERS MANAGEMENT (SALE ADMIN)
- Manage stock in order to fulfill the delivery for customers
- Make accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations
- Prepare Sales documents following the trading and commercial law in Vietnam
- Negotiate transportation cost and solve problems with forwarders
- Provide product, promotion, and pricing information by clarifying customer request; selecting appropriate information and answering questions.
- Calculate, report, analyse the sale numbers
- Prepare and arrange Sales meeting
2. PURCHASING STAFF
* International purchase:
- Follow the orders of production in abroad
- Manage the transportation and fowarders in order to provide material in production
- Work with other departments in order to ensure safety stock
* Domestic order
- Mange Suppliers network and keep good relationship with them
- Fulfill orders from other departments and technical requirement
- Order all the equipment inside company
* Planning for the purchasing department in order to be more productivity
* Welcome fresh graduated with full training
