Locomotive Work Train Operation Engineer

1. To operate the work train unit that carry cable drums and installation equipment and cargo for construction work alone the HCMC MRT Line one on a planned route.
2. The candidate must be familiar with the locomotive operation and driving skill as well as to have maintenance experience is perfect.
3. This job often requires working on weekends and nights the locomotive engineers also may need to work more than 40 hours a week for overtime as need.
4. While the train is in operation, the locomotive engineer monitors the speed, brakes, and other gauges to make sure the ride is smooth and is operating correctly.
5. Before the train is in operation, the engineer also checks the mechanical aspects of the locomotive to make sure the train is ready for operation; the engineer may require that the train undergo a more thorough inspection if everything does not check out correctly.
6. The work trains is a dual transmission, one for en route and another for low speed movements i.e. Cable laying, and the operator will be required to drive in tandem with live operations.
7. The work train operator have calculate the braking curve the driver will need to flawlessly calculate the braking curve, at all speeds, under any loading, in cant without cant.
8. The operation engineer has opted for many cantless sections and the driver will need to have a gradient, curve, can't map memorized.
9. The driver will be expected to know all mechanical operations including shunting of other vehicles, hitching and lifting.
10.CRO rules will be excessive to the point of frustration and any failure of the driver to adhere will result in loss of his CROpermit.
11. Turnouts will be without points operation and manual operation will be required.
12.The driver will have to get out of the train at every crossing and manually inspect/set/chock & lock and log.

Qualification:
1.With locomotive work train or incant nights or certification route and government train at operation certificate or training certificate.
2.Able to speak calculated English with mechanical background or maintenance experience on the heavy-duty Diesel engines for boat heavy-duty crane.
3. After completing the engineering training program, prospective candidates pass a skills performance test and a written exam that tests their knowledge of train operations. Certification candidates pass a hearing test, background check and a surprise operational test that measures the engineer's response to unexpected and dangerous situations.
4.With colleague or above education background capable to must be read English with the ability to travel for overseas for training.
