Localization Project Coordinator [Up to 1200$]

We are looking for an experienced and driven candidate who will enhance and support the Saltlux mission and vision.
The Project Manager at Saltlux works with internal (Seoul, Head Quarter) and external clients to manage the timely flow of all localization projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring that projects meet quality, turn-around time and budget expectations.

Position Responsibilities
- Plan and monitor projects to meet deadline, quality and budget requirements.
- Manage client relationships and serve as primary day-to-day contact for external clients.
- Collaborate with production teams to implement and maintain appropriate client- or project-specific procedures, solutions, checklists and instructions.
- Ensure the accuracy of financial project data, workflows, schedules and processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to initiate and implement procedural changes and customized workflows.
- Resolve questions and issues in a timely and effective manner for clients and internal teams.
- Find freelance translators, verify quality and build freelance translator pool.

- Minimum 5 years (up to 7 years) of professional experience in localization or related, preferably in an international environment
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Preferential treatment for foreign language skills other than English
- University degree (MA/MS or BA/BS)
- Ability to drive cross-group problem solving, customer advocacy and ability to apply creativity, critical thinking and solution-mindedness in a dynamic working environment
- Collaboration and communication skills of writing and speaking with technical and non-technical staff
- Experience in using CAT tools will be considered an asset
