Local Relations Executive

• Supporting Development activities
• Managing local contacts and dealing with farmers
• Organizing social activities for local communities at the project sites.
• Supporting other activities as company requirement for the project.
• Other tasks assigned by direct manager and TBC management

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor or Master’s degree
• Major: Sociology, Ethnology, English Linguistic, Legal and relating

Years of Experience Required:

• At least 3 years of experiences in relevant position
• Experiences in renewable energy project is a plus

Essential Skills and Requirements:

• Fluent English in both speaking and writing.
• Competent in using Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel
• Adaptability (be able to fit in various environment)
• Social interaction with people (landowners, farmers, government officers, etc.)
• Structural reporting and database arranging
• Individual work as well as teamwork
• Proactive, friendly, honest and willing to learn
• Immediate availability is a plus

To be successful:

• Knowledge in law and regulations regarding complaints, denunciation, etc.
• Vocation to protect and valorize nature, people, culture
• Flexible, soft but target oriented social interactions will be needed as a main style
• Confidently report to managers, discuss with related entities, talk with locals and work with potential contractors

Workplace: Gia Lai or other project locations if assigned

Salary Package: Negotiable
