- Initial review of mortgage applications received
- Request initial documentation needed from applicants
- Assist loan processors with applicant phone calls, emails, and active loan files
- Assist applicants with uploading documentation to secure portal

Yêu cầu ứng viên

- Good communication skills and fluency in both listen, speak, read and write English ( Prioritize Ielts 6.5)
- Experience in an office setting, customer service, or administrative role
- Associates or higher level degree required
- Strong computer skills, typing speed over 40 WPM
- Accounting, financial, banking, or loan experience a big plus
- Ability to thrive in a high volume, fast-paced environment
- Working area: Binh Duong, TP.HCM
- Gender: Female
