Key Accountability:
1) Deliver quality service to business units and customers by adopting sound control processes to ensure compliance with operational guidelines.
2) Ensure loans disbursements and others loan related transactions are processed based on terms and conditions in Letters of Offer, in accordance with approved credit terms and in compliance with group standards and local regulations.
3) Ensure timely and accurately submission of reports to HO and local regulatory authorities.
4) To function as a leave cover of other operational areas: Trade Ops, Treasury Ops, Account Services and Payment Ops
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
• To supervise (including checking docs and authorizing transactions in applicable systems) all Loan related transactions
• To attend Loan operations related inquires from customers and follow up with customer timely
• To co-ordinate with relevant depts in ensuring smooth executions of loans.
• To monitor and control outstanding loans, the task includes prompt billing of loan repayments, interest and fees, communications with front office for ensuring the outstanding loans are followed up on track
• To investigate and clear loan related pending items or discrepancies in Nostro / Sundry / Suspense accounts
• To check HO and local Regulators reports, to ensure they are submitted timely and accurately
• To participate Loan Ops related projects on product development, operational processes,..
• To conduct the compliance review of Loan Ops, it includes updating and controlling the implementation of regulations, rules, and guidelines in compliance with local regulations and group policies
• To work closely with counterparts / outsourcing service providers on outsourced processes, the task includes executing daily transactions, monitoring the outsourcing performance
• To function as a leave cover for Trade Ops, Treasury Ops, Account Services and Payment Ops
• Other tasks assigned by line Manager and Management

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Familiar with banking operations and related policies, legal and regulatory requirements
- Management capacity, and able to handle multi-tasks under tight schedule
- Good risk management and compliance awareness
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Loan operations
