Mô tả công việc
This role is responsible for ensuring all activities related to Opening Demand Deposit Account (DDA), Loan Disbursement of Personal Loan.
+Processing Opening Demand Deposit Account (DDA), Loan Disbursement of Personal Loan, notification to customers included:
_Checking Black List
_Clearing PEP
_Calling to make confirm for loan disbursement, loan purpose before loan disbursement
_Loan disbursement
_Registering auto repayment
_Calling remind/ SMS to customer for repayment
_Email/SMS to inform customer after loan disbursement
+Processing daily customer's requests:
_Receiving/Handling customer phone enquiries and process customers' requests for loan early
_Registering auto payment
_Performing loan purpose checking after loan disbursement
+Performing daily request cross check with others to ensure requests are processed timely and correctly as Output Control perspective.
+Handling daily customer's queries, complaints related to own processed tasks efficiently and effectively.
+Taking ownership of improvements as directed by Manager

Yêu cầu ứng viên
_Bachelor’s Degree with majors in: Economics, Finance, and Banking.
_Knowledge of general lending practices and consumer credit policies.
_Preferred candidates with 2 years or more of working experience in the same field.
_Good communication skills.
_Good command of English; Korean is an advantage.
_Proficient at Microsoft Office.
_Trustful, hard-working, eager to learn.
_Have good team work spirit and high responsibility with the assigned tasks.
_Good problem solving and decision making skills, with the ability to work with constant and immutable deadlines with a high non-compliance factor.
_Knowledge of general lending practices and consumer credit policies.
