Mô tả công việc
1. Prepare and Lead the external (Customer or 3rd party) & internal quality system audit including CAR feedback.
2. Manage and audit the production process to make the stable process and drive improvement.
3. Early involve NPI and project gating review.
4. Manage OBA sampling inspection, ORT reliability test to make the good outgoing quality.
5. Handle with customer complaints and customer quality services, on-sit rework arrangement, 8D reporting, and action verifying
6. Track in and drive Quality and CoPQ on Material, Design, Process and workmanship improvement.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. Education: Bachelor degree or above is preferred.
2. Experience: Major in Electrical Engineer or Mechanical Engineer.
3. Language: English will be plus
4. Familiar with Flex PCBA or SMT manufacture process.
5. Statistics related skill.
6. Well-operation MS Office.
7. Demonstrated ability to trouble shoot and problem solve.
8. Strong proficiency and command of English language, as regular communications will be required.
9. Ability to travel at short notice, typically within Asia region.
