Mô tả công việc
• Participate in and occasionally lead the design, development, validation and defect resolution of customer focused Carrier Class solutions (performance, scale, high availability, etc.)
• Work closely with cross functional groups to translate market requirements into functional specifications and design documents
• Be an effective contributor in technical discussions and influence peer team(s) towards good and effective software and design practices
• Interact with and build relationships in a peer and cross functional environment to facilitate effective collaboration
• Serve as a technical reviewer of software and documentation, towards product development across software releases
• Participate in early product demonstrations to customers

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Proficient in networking concepts, TCP/UDP socket and its programming and in C/C++ development in Linux environment
• Experienced with telecom development is a plus
• Effective software design principles with demonstrable results
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills in the diagnosis and resolution of customer issues
• Knowledge of High Availability, performance and scale related software solutions
• Proficient in software optimizations in a data networking domain, Proficiency in Carrier Class solutions is a big advantage.
• Demonstrable self-initiative and can do attitude to find and implement the best solutions for customers
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Fluent in English
Required Experience
• Bachelor's or Masters in Computer Science / Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
• 2-5 years of relevant professional experience
• Delivery of quality results within aggressive timelines
• Well versed with Linux fundamentals
• Knowledge of software development processes
• Experienced with telecom development is a plus
• Effective software design principles with demonstrable results
