Legal – Public Relation Manager (Crop Nutrition)

- Providing legal advice on legal matters/projects/transactions of the company to its General Director and Head of Legal and Compliance, and cross functional departments to ensure that the business’s legal and overall objectives are met;
- Develop documents standard terms and conditions for company operation; various complex contracts, product or company license, papers for Agriculture Ministery
- Working closely with General Director, Agriculture Product Manager, Ethics & Compliance Manager, Finance Manager, Supply Chain Manager, HR Manager in Product Registration, Labor Disciplinary, developing contracts, papers for Agriculture Ministery, corporate agreements; working closely with departmental heads across the business in providing legal advices on their daily activities.
- Participating in legal proceedings and protect the legitimate rights and interests of the Company;
- Compiling dossiers, documents and official letters as requested by the Regional Legal & Compliance;
- Liaising with relevant departments to ensure that where legal risks have been identified, appropriate courses of actions have been taken; and
- Other tasks may be assigned by the Country Head

- University degree of Laws.
- Minimum 8 year of practical experience in professional Legal environment, experience in Agriculture Product fields shall be preferred.
- Good at written and communication skills in English and Vietnamese, attention to detail and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Logical thinking and good interpersonal skills;
- Proactive, careful, honest, able to work in team;
- Able to work under high pressure / teamwork and high responsibility
