1. Company Summary
PRIMUS’s Client is a well-known corporation that provides a wide range of financial services. Their activities also cover various financial sectors including investment banking, securities and investment management
2. Position Summary
The potential candidate for this position will be responsible to manage the legal compliance & Regulatory compliances and provide General legal advices for the branch while managing a team of 2 sub staff.
3. Job Detail
- keeping abreast of legal and regulatory developments and advice on structuring products
- Management of Ligitation/Disputes/Proceeding/Complaints/Employee Disputes
- Liaises with external counsel on legal issues when required/necessary and handle matters with Head Office and State Bank of Vietnam

Yêu cầu ứng viên
MUST HAVE
- 10 years of legal working experience in banking sector and law firms, preferable international law firms
- Fluent in both English and Vietnamese with excellent communication skill for interaction with the Government, the Judicial system and negotiating parties
NICE TO HAVE
- Good time and task management skills
- Experience in managing team of lawyers
- Good drafting and advising skills
- Strong analytic skill to assess potential risks to identify and design solutions for complex legal issues
