Mô tả công việc
- This position is required to administer the business from a legal and compliance perspective and to ensure the company is in compliance with local and corporate legal requirements and provide adequately and timely consultation to the management on legal and business issues. Provide day-to-day all aspects of legal for the VN group operation, including:
- Set up and maintain legal library (softcopy & hardcopy) of legal regulations and legal advice
- Company regulation/legal issues relating to operation
- Assist in the legal review of kind contracts if any
- Implementation of law/ group regulation compliance initiatives
- Advise factory operations on investment, custom, labor and tax matters when appropriate
- Advise factory operations on any changes in the law and developments and develop a system to efficiently disseminate the information
- Report to Holding General Manager/ Operation Manager.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- BA degree: Law, at least 4 year experience.
- Compliance/legal adviser and MNC environment working experience are preferable.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written & oral, especially reporting skill
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interface with all levels within the company.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High sense of responsibilities
- Dynamic, honesty and reliability
Benefit & Welfares
- Job level in company : Vice General Manager
- Working time : 6 days a week. No claimable OT, not any deduction on absence
- Salary : Negotiable, starting VND20M, follow company registered salary scheme.
Salary is reviewed once a year.
- Bonus : Annual bonus (13th month salary).
Performance bonus once a year.
- Other : Van supplied for employees from HCM City /Bien Hoa City to Holding Office.
- Training : On job training by superior and outsource if needed
- Promotion : Having the promotion chances in Holding office as well as in factory.
