Mô tả công việc
Daily Legal operation:
- Conduct to research, update and keep alert of legal changes in relevant registration.
- Prepare, submit and follow up application dossiers to relevant authorities for any required license
- Handle claims, dispute from customers and business partner
- Provide legal advice to BOD, other departments of the company
- Assign and supervise the works of legal team
Legal risk and regulation compliance
- Draft and review a wide range of contracts, agreements, legal documents arising from the company’s operation.
- Report legal issues and risks of the company to BOD to ensure that where legal risks have been identified, appropriate actions will be taken.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Required qualification: At least Bachelor degree with major in Law
- At lease 5 years experience in legal field,
- Working for internal company will be priority
- Fluent in English, Proficiency in MS Office
- Good presentation skill, Organizational and time-management skills
