Manage a team which includes at least 5 members: allocate tasks assigned from Legal Manager to staff; instruct and train staff in both legal issues and working manner 40%
Contractual negotiaton and giving legal advice to support the other department to solve the legal matter during company operation, mainly relating to labour, enterprise, leasing, shopping center operation and project development 20%
Perform the function of risk management and compliance: formulate, improve policy and procedures; instruct and check the compliance of the other departments 20%
Monitor, evaluate and give recommendation about quality and outsource consultants 10%
Other tasks as requested from Manager 10%

Candidate must possess at least a College Degree, Law or equivalent.
Required language(s): English
At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Lim Tower, 9-11 Tôn Đức Thắng, Bến Nghé, Quận 1, Hồ Chí Minh
Preferably Junior Staffs specializing in Law/Legal Services or equivalent.
Full-Time position(s) available.
Required language(s): English
