Mô tả công việc
● Compile dossiers, documents and official letters as requested by the Legal & Compliance Senior Manager;
● Support legal issues for relevant departments;
● Review all legal documents, contracts, agreements to ensure the compliance with Company policies and local legal regulations;
● Draft, modify and implement company policies;
● Review the work of colleagues when necessary to identify compliance issues and provide advice or training
● Liaise with relevant departments to ensure that where legal risks have been identified, appropriate courses of actions have been taken;
● Contact, work with external legal counsel to provide legal advices to the Company and other related works; and
● Other tasks as required by the Legal & Compliance Senior Manager.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
● Graduate from Law University, University of Economic and Law with 2-3 years of working experience;
● Present a good knowledge of Vietnamese laws and regulations applicable to corporations;
● Pay high attention to details;
● Ability to read legal documents;
● Good verbal and written communication skills; and
● Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
