Mô tả công việc
Legal Specialist (Lawyer) will be in charge of following task:
- Assist Group Leader in the delivery of legal-related affairs of contracts, registration process, issues to ensure the smooth and responsive business operations via legal regulation compliance of requirements from internal and external parties;
- Verify legal documents and contracts, such as, business partnership agreements and service contracts;
- Verify all authorization letters and recommendation letters;
- Verify and ensure proper documentation, all contracts in compliance with legal requirements of internal and external parties (construction, finance, tax, etc.);
- Standardized Contract/ document form;
- Follow up and work with external counsel/authority on bad debt collection cases;
- Provide research, guidance on changes in local laws and implications;
- Other duties as assigned.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University degree with major of Law;
- Lawyer Practicing Certificate (for the position of Lawyer);
- At least 5 years relevant working experience. The same positions in the field of construction is an advantage;
- Previous experience in project activity of Korean organization;
- Management and coordination experience;
- Experience in debt collection is an advantage;
- Good working knowledge and experience with the laws of Vietnam, particularly in the areas of construction law, land law, real estate business law and other relevant laws;
- Good listening, speaking, writing and reading English skills (especially listening skill);
- Flexible, effective team work and interpersonal skill;
- Good written and verbal communication and presenting skills;
- Computer literacy and experience with computerized information (including spreadsheets, databases), familiar with software packages under Windows and E-mail;
- Good facilitation and organizational skills.
