Working with Prudential as Legal Specialist means becoming a part of a prestigious global financial services group and an exciting vision: to be the leader in helping customers achieve their long-term financial goals. You will be the champion to provide legal service of the highest professional standards for the company’s business, to facilitate other functions in their operation on legal side, to manage legal risk, to ensure the Company’s transactions viable and safe and in compliance with the local laws, to take legally required actions to protect the Company’s rights and interests.

Job Responsibilities:
- Contract review
- Litigation support
- Legal library & update;
- Legal reports and Risk coordinator.

Key Accountabilities:
- To draft, review the contract as assigned. Ensure the terms and condition of the contract strongly and legally protect Prudential’s benefits before the relevant parties;
- To be in charge of or support to Legal Counsel in litigations as assigned;
- To follow and execute all formalities relating to Corporate Governance;
- To update and organize systematically legal updates, training, company correspondences and legal library;
- To follow up and submit the reports relating to Legal and Risk;
- Other tasks as assigned by the Legal Head from time to time.

Key Success Factors:
- Bachelor Degree in Law;
- 3 – 5 years of experience in law firm or as an in-house lawyer;
- Good problem analysis, presentation, time management, problem solving skills;
- Good English writing, reading, and communication skills;
- Hard working, responsible, proactive, creative, detail oriented, can both work individually or in a team.
