Mô tả công việc
The incumbent will perform the following duties and responsibilities:
• Check, review contracts and negotiation with related parties
• Provide legal advice for business activities
• Internal check and follow up the implementation of Corporate and company’s compliance policies & procedures
• Support Compliance training for internal needs
• Keep track, update on laws & regulations that impact company business
• Work with State Authorities for company’s application & compliance to laws
• Any other duties as assigned by Supervisor

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• BA degree of Law
• Having experience in business environment, good understanding of Corporate business and culture will be preferred
• Global mindset, planning skills
• Good computer skill especially PowerPoint
