Legal Senior Manager

- To ensure that the organization has adhered to the constitution and by-laws as well as the laws and regulations of the country
- To provide legal advice and assistance to the management with respect to legal issues on concerned business matters and any other legal assistance required.
- To assist to identifying, managing, controlling and mitigating of legal risk issues/disputes, including supporting for high risk issues/disputes, assisting with the development of strategy, as appropriate
- Providing legal support in relation to the entering into contracts with customer, vendor and the company, including but not limited to drafting, revising, negotiating contracts, agreements, etc.,

- Master/bachelor’s degree in law or equivalent work experience would be preferred
- At least 8 years of relevant legal and regulatory compliance
- Strong leadership and communication skills and a team player who can work under pressure and inspire confidence in others.
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English.
- Demonstrates the highest level of integrity in all matter.
