Mô tả công việc
• Drafting and reviewing contractual documents, corporate and investment documents
• Rendering legal advices on M&A activities and carrying out licensing procedure
• Rendering legal advices on project’s construction activities
• Providing legal support for operation of the Group in Vietnam including but not limited to advising, drafting and reviewing
• Maintaining legal compliance for operation of the Group in Vietnam
• Legal research and legal update
• Other tasks assigned by management
• Rendering legal advices on M&A activities and carrying out licensing procedure
• Rendering legal advices on project’s construction activities
• Providing legal support for operation of the Group in Vietnam including but not limited to advising, drafting and reviewing
• Maintaining legal compliance for operation of the Group in Vietnam
• Legal research and legal update
• Other tasks assigned by management

Education Requirements:
• Bachelor of Law
• Major: Legal
Years of Experience Required:
• At least 2 years of experience in law firm or in-house role.
Essential Skills and Requirements:
• Experience in M&A: deal structure, due diligence, transaction documents, licensing
• English proficiency
• Having good grasp of laws on corporate and investment, civil laws, construction laws and real estate
• Taking ownership and responsibility on assignment
• Being able to foresee risks and ready to solve problems
• Being careful and able to think thoroughly about a matter
• Know how to work effectively on their own or with other people
• Immediate availability is a plus
