Review & draft contracts :
- Check contracts under legal viewpoint
- Stamp contracts after checking
- Involve in contract negotiation if necessary
- Filing the hardcopy of signed contracts received from PIC
- Review or draft power of attorney, writing correspondences to outside, translate legal docs…
Update &interpret legal info :
- Check new regulations and keep related pic updated (incl. update new import tariff every year)
Compliance training :
- Assist in compliances training
Other legal administrative supports

- University (major in law)
- More than 01 year of experience in MNC
- Legal knowledge (Enterprises & Investment regulations, Trading & Tax regulations, Import-export regulations, etc.)
- Computer skills at MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint
- Effective Communication in both English and Vietnamese
- More than 01 year of experience in MNC
