- Revise and review contracts, internal policies and other documents of the company.
- Give the consultancy for relating departments when requested.
- Update, research the related regulations and cooperate to handle the legal issue hereof accordingly.
- Control the legal compliance of the company.
- Assisting in legal issues for some projects of the company as assigned.
- Making legal reports as assigned.
