Legal Officer/ Chuyên Viên Pháp Lý

- Drafting, reviewing and managing local documentation;
- Legal assistance for Country Manager;
- Drafting, reviewing and managing local contracts;
- Drafting corporate governance documents, different policies and monitoring their implementation;
- Legal related task monitoring and management in Vietnam;
- Local contract and their approval monitoring;
- Monitoring of local laws and regulation and ensuring company’s compliance;
- Personal data protection matters;
- Corporate governance;
- Communication with local authorities regarding consumer protection and regulatory institution;
- Representation in local Association (if applicable);
- Dealing with requests from authorities (administrative and criminal cases).

- Graduated from university with a major in law;
- Relevant experience in Fintech (advantage) or Banking, insurance, audit
- Knowledge in the field of AML would be advantage
- Good communication skills in both Vietnamese and English
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and view legal matters from business perspective
- Having an aptitude for logical and critical thinking, reasoning in legal analysis, negotiation, and communication
