Legal Manager

1. Legal
• Play as the final checker of
a. any dossiers and submit requested documents to SBV and DPI for any changes of business operation periodcally;
b. POAs and maintain POA List;
c. list of original contracts monthly to send all departments;
d. official letters to customers or report to regulators from other departments as requests;
• Play as the final reviewer all Company’s contracts/agreements drafted by related functional departments or/and requested by Department Head;
• Analyze/give personal legal opinons to regulations relating to legal issues as requests;
• Adjust/change/update templates of contract/agreements and other legal documents;
• Provide legal advice to business on legal related matters as requested by Department Head;
• Attend the meetings and advise on contractual matters if there are critical issues as requested by Department Head;
• Update or enhance internal process as requested;
• Directly hold training/sharing on Legal matters for all departments;
• Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by Dept Head or CEO

2. Litigation
• Give legal opinions/decisions relating to litigation process;
• Lead Litigation team;
• Manage cases of Litigation for reporting.

3. Regulatory
• Analyze all new regulations relating to business;
• Cooperate to all other departments to settle business matters;
• Draft/finalize reports to regulators;
• Train Legal issues and internal regulation to relevant persons;
• Introduce new/updated regulations relating to business to relevant Departments.

4. Project
• Lead/Join to Project teams to give legal opinions or final legal decisions;
• Conduct/lead new projects of Legal team regarding L&C’s initiative.
• Other tasks as Head’s request.

a. Qualification: Degree in law (LLB) or Master of law (LLM)
b. Experience:
• More than 05 year in law firm, banking or financial services, preferably in consumer finance area;
• Having worked in a professional such as lawyer, internal audit, external audit, compliance consultant or as a regulator.
c. Knowledge: strong in contract and civil laws/banking & finance
d. Skills:
• Logical, critical thinking and commercial mindset;
• Persuasive, prudent and independent;
• Very good English for communication and working follow-up.
