Legal Manager

- Providing legal advice on legal matters/projects/transactions of the company to its Head of Legal and Compliance, and cross functional departments to ensure that the business’s legal and overall objectives are met;
- Leading the Legal Executives in handling various drafting tasks, inclusive of various complex contracts and develops and documents standard terms and conditions for company operation;
- Working closely with Legal Executives and senior Legal Executives in developing contracts, reviewing, negotiating, and interpreting a wide array of business/corporate agreements; working closely with departmental heads across the business in providing legal advices on their daily activities.
- Participating in legal proceedings and protect the legitimate rights and interests of the Company;
- Compiling dossiers, documents and official letters as requested by the Head of Legal & Compliance;
- Liaising with relevant departments to ensure that where legal risks have been identified, appropriate courses of actions have been taken; and
- Other tasks may be assigned by the Head of Legal and Compliance

- University degree of Laws.
- Minimum 5 year of practical experience in professional Legal environment, experience in Fin-Tech fields shall be preferred.
- Good at written and communication skills in English and Vietnamese, attention to detail and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Logical thinking and good interpersonal skills;
- Proactive, careful, honest, able to work in team;
- Able to work under high pressure / teamwork and high responsibility
