- Check & manage contract, license
- Check compliance
- Get company’s license / certificate
- Support to prepare, submit & follow up all procedures of licensing authorities
- In charge of daily business legal issues
- Planning and responsible for the organization of internal audit.
- Update new law / regulation to all sections of company
- Implementing and managing registration with the authorities of the company
- More details will be discussed in the interview.

- Graduated University with major in Law
- Have at least 5 years experience, within 3 year experience with manager position.
- Good at management skill
- Good at English
- Good at Ms Office
