Mô tả công việc
One of subsidiaries of Daewon Corp (Centum Wealth Ltd Co.,) is looking for a Legal Manager:
Be responsible for all aspects of legal issues relating to the Company’s operation;
• Provide legal advice and be responsible for reviewing all documents/contracts relating to the Company’s business;
• Identify legal risks and provide solutions;
• To provide legal consultancy to the Board of General Director and other Divisions;
• To take responsible with BOD all activities of Legal team;
• To lead the legal team.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• University Degree in law;
• Must have at least 5 years of direct experience; Have experience in real- estate is a must.
• Fluency in English;
• Have working experience in foreign company and a mature, experienced, competent and confident person that would easily gain the trust, respect and credibility of his/her peers;
• Must be self-motivated & driven for high results. Can work independently;
• Demonstrated high level of integrity and initiative;
• Good knowledge and skill in MS-Office, Technology software required;
• Proven working experience to international safety standards;
• Team leader skill;
• To have good public relations.
