1) Job description:
- Ensuring overall legal compliance.
- Working on a wide array of complex legal issues, providing legal advice and strategic direction to the operating departments.
- Preparing and providing legal reviews of documents, negotiates contract language, and manages outside legal services.
- At least four (03) years previous legal management experience at a major hotel/casino, resort or similar business.
- In-depth knowledge of all Vietnam and other applicable jurisdictions compliance standards, regulations and statutes.
- In depth understanding of Casino, Hotel and Food and Beverage operations.
- Drafts, reviews, negotiates and manages all legal contracts including vendor agreements, sales contracts, employment agreements, partner agreements, confidentiality agreements, non-disclosure agreements, etc.
- Works with the appropriate executives to define a strategic approach and approve settlements of disputes where warranted.

2) Requirements:
- Ability to manage outside legal service providers.
- Ability to set priorities and manage multiple legal projects simultaneously.
- Previous legal experience in a high volume & fast paced business environment.
- Strong ability to analyze and decipher statistical data.
- Excellent problem solving skills.
- Strong English written & verbal communication skills (knowledge of Vietnamese a plus).
- Develop & maintain strong business relationships.
- Ability to successfully react to unplanned developments.
- Maintain an organized and successful operation by proactively identifying the need for change.
- Intermediate to advanced level computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint.
3) Salary: VND 20-30 Million/month.
4) Major/Degree:
- Preferably a Bachelor’s Degree;
- Having Certificate of Lawyer.
5) Expertise/Skill:
- More than 03 years of legal consultant experience or worked at a law firm.
- Preferably a Bachelor’s Degree
- Knowledge of legal principles and practices
- Positive, good attitude and supporting
6) Reference (Experience): Previous experience in architecture regarding hospitality, real estate sector and so on.
7) Language: English (both Oral and Writing).
