Mô tả công việc
- Provide the administrative assistance to the Legal Team in order to deliver exceptional services;
- Support to manage documents and records management in Legal Team, maintain proper filling of all documents both in hard copies and scanned copies;
- Research applicable regulations upon requirements of managers/supervisors;
- Do internal legal updates with guidance and supports from managers/supervisors;
- Translate the relevant documents into English/Vietnamese including contracts, official letters, and legal documents; and
- Do other works as instructed by managers/supervisors from time to time.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Hold a Law Degree, full-time working at least 6-8 months;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Vietnamese and English;
- Familiar with office software’s such as MS Word, Excel, Power Point;
- Well-organized and deep attention to details;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; and
- Personality: Careful, honest and committed.
