Mô tả công việc
• Support in conducting legal researches, updating and keeping alert of legal changes in relevant legislation.
• Prepare, submit, and follow up contracts, legal documents and application dossiers to relevant authorities for any required licenses
• Draft basic contracts, agreements, arrangements, legal documents as per the instruction of lawyers.
• Other tasks assigned by lawyers

* Job Requirement
Qualifications & Experience
• 4th year university student with major in Law or recent law university graduate (Full-time internship)
Knowledge & Skills
• Knowledgeable of laws and regulations of Vietnam
• Good command of written and speaking in English (MUST)
• Computer literate: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet
• Strong communication skills (both verbal & written)
• Detail oriented and be able to handle multi-tasks
• Good organizing and time-management skills
• Strong analytical, logical and problem-solving skills
* Working hour: 8:30 – 17:30 from Mon – Fri
* Location: Hogan Lovells – HCMC office

• Copies of diplomas and certificates
