THIS POSITION WILL BE BASED AT OUR PROJECT, DIEN DUONG, DIEN BAN, QUANG NAM PROVINCE.
Assist Managers on legal work of company as:
1. Consultancy and implementation of legal procedures for enterprises relevant to real asset of project;
2. Drafting, reviewing contractual clauses (including sample contracts) between the Company and suppliers or the third parties;
3. Drafting, checking documents and other documents issued to partners, government agencies, customers;
4. Advise legal issues arising at the request of the BOM or departments within the Company;
5. Update of new legal documents
6. Other duties as assigned by the Managers and Board of Director

Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. Graduated from Law University
2. At least 3 years at the same position;
3. Have knowledge of Law on Real Estate, Housing, commercial, civil, labor law...
4. English fluency
