Mô tả công việc
The incumbent will perform the following duties and responsibilities:
- Contract review, drafting and negotiation with other parties under guidelines of Legal manager
- Consult legal to Sales, Marketing activities and others
- Monitor and update Panasonic Code of Conduct and Policy i.e. anti-corruption, anti-cartel, conflict of interest, etc.
- Coordinator to hold Compliance training course for internal
- Update new laws that could impact to business
- Coodinator to keep contact with State Authority for laws/activities relating company
- Any assignment as designed by Legal Manager.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor's degree in Law
- 1-2 years’ experience in Law, Legal and Compliance
- Able to communicate effectively in English
- Good negotiation and communication skills
- Stately, responsible and team spirit
