Legal Executive (1 Person)

- Prepare, check and consult contracts and agreements.
- Apply for the necessary licenses
- Provide legal guidance for Company business process
- Update the new Law documents related to the Company's business activities
- Do admin works of Division
- Prepare, revise, update ISO procedure

• Requirements:
- Educational qualifications: University of Law graduated, have legal knowledge on real estate, business, investment, labor and trade
- At least 2 years of law working experience in general, including 1 year working in real estate
- Good at English skill
- Computer literacy in Microsoft office, Excel.
- Good communication and documents management
