Mô tả công việc
- Research and update legal knowledge and new laws & regulations on corporat, M&A, Real estate, housing
- Provide legal advice and structure of deals, join drafting and negotiation with deal terms and outside counsel
- Draft and review documents including NDA, LOI, MOU and other definitive documents (construction/ design/ consultancy contracts, marketing services, SPA, Long Term Lease Agreement, etc.) with partners, service providers and buyers
- Support departments in their daily operation works
- Join pre-litigation negotiation and mediation
- Co-ordinate with outside counsel during legal proceedings and monitor litigation or arbitration
*Report to Deputy Chief Legal Officer

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University degree in Law
- Min 5 years experience in commercial/ corporate/ real estate practice at a law firm or a real estate company
- Understanding of real estate projects, foreign direct investment, M&A, corporate and commercial transactions
- Self-starter& self-motivator to take advantage of incentive structure
- Strong oral & written communication skills
- Maintaining high level of confidentially
- Min 5 years experience in commercial/ corporate/ real estate practice at a law firm or a real estate company
