Mô tả công việc
- Consulting and monitoring all legal matters of De Heus Vietnam and affiliates of De Heus in Vietnam.
- Providing the legal supports to all affiliates of De Heus in Asia.
- Providing legal advises to relevant departments.
- Preparing and reviewing all legal documents, contracts for Management Board and relevant departments.
- Preparing applications, dossiers to seek necessary licences, certificates for business activities of De Heus and its affiliates (excluding specific licenses which are managed by functional departments).
- Presenting for De Heus and/or its affiliates to initiate or participate in disputes, claims and legal process.
- Performing the internal audit to ensure that the policies, procedures of De Heus Vietnam and affiliates of De Heus in Asia being complied sufficiently.
- Providing the legal training to improve legal knowledge and risks management.
- Updating the new regulations which can impact to De Heus Vietnam and affiliates of De Heus in Vietnam.
- Providing the legal supports to all affiliates of De Heus in Asia.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University degree, major in Law or related fields
- Good communication skills in English and Vietnamese
- Min 04 years of experience in Legal at multi-national companies
- Able to travel for business around Vietnam
- Strong analytical, organization and management skills
- Able to work independently & under high pressure
