Mô tả công việc
• Conduct project legal due diligence
• Establish approval and permitting plan for developing all types of real estate projects in various stages from làd acquisition to project completion and handover for operation
• Corfinate the preparation of all necessities for project approval and permit applications
• Handle negotiation for infrastructure/ utilities connecttion and other agreements in collarboration with other departments
• Manage all project approval & permitting processes
• Collarboratee with other project stakeholders in resolving all project legal compliance related issuses
• Manage and coach team members in daily operational works
• Develop and mantain good working relationshp with goverment officals and approval authorities
• Advise leadership and management team on laws, regulations and practices related to real estate project development
• Perform any other duty as maybe required by the Management from time to time

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• 5-10 + years worrking experience
• Education background in Engineering/ Project Management/ Architect
• Experience in Project development an/or project management
• Prooven work experience in project legal compliance
• Strong organizational and management skills, ability to prioritize and take initiative
• Able to work in English speaking working environment
