MISSION STATEMENT:
Assisting projects for obtaining licenses for the company's stores
Assisting projects for standardization/renewal of the company's contracts
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To prepare application and submit dossier to authorities for obtaining licenses
- To contact with internal department and external counsel for obtaining information and document
- To help lawyer in charge to spell check and format BSM standard contracts
- To prepare training slides for usage of standard contracts
- To translate the relevant documents into English/ Vietnamese
- To maintain proper filling of all documents daily both in hard copies and scanned copies
- To arrange notarization, legalization within the responsibilities of the Legal Department
- To maintain confidentiality of all matters pertaining to the Legal Department
- Other ad- hoc secretarial and administrative duties when requested

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor of Law
- Fluent in English ( IELTS 6.5 or Equivalent)
- Having experiences in the legal industries is plus
- Having experiences in customer services is preferable
- MS Office and typing skill
- Fluent in English ( IELTS 6.5 or Equivalent)
- Having experiences in the legal industries is plus
- Having experiences in customer services is preferable
- MS Office and typing skill
